PRODOX FORTE is a combined antibiotic + immune-support supplement used in dogs and cats for treatment of tick-borne, respiratory, and intracellular bacterial infections.

Formulation (Per mL)
  • Doxycycline hyclate – 50 mg
  • Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi mushroom extract) – 100 mg
How It Works
  • Doxycycline: a tetracycline antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, effective against intracellular organisms
  • Ganoderma: a functional mushroom extract believed to support immune modulation, liver support, and anti-inflammatory activity
Indications
Used for infections caused by organisms such as:
  • Borrelia (Lyme disease)
  • Ehrlichia (Ehrlichiosis)
  • Leptospira (Leptospirosis)
  • Rickettsia (Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever)
  • Chlamydia spp.
  • Mycoplasma spp.
  • Bordetella spp.
Commonly used in:
  • Dogs
  • Cats (with veterinary supervision)
Contraindications & Precautions
  • Avoid use in:
    • Pregnant or lactating animals
    • Animals with severe liver disease
  • Not recommended for very young pets (under ~7 months) unless prescribed
  • Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines
