STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Welcome to The Pet Depot Retail OPC. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. General
  2. 1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made in-store or through our official sales channels.
  3. 1.2. By completing a purchase, the customer accepts these terms in full.

  5. Prices and Payment
  6. 2.1. All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (₱) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  7. 2.2. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  8. 2.3. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other payment methods as may be made available.

  10. Products
  11. 3.1. Product descriptions and images are provided for information purposes. Actual items may vary slightly in packaging or appearance, but we ensure they are of the same quality.
  12. 3.2. Availability of items is on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

  14. Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit
  15. 4.1. All goods sold are final and non-refundable.
  16. 4.2. In cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items received, customers may request an exchange within seven (7) days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval.
  17. 4.3. Approved returns will not be refunded in cash. Instead, the value of the item will be converted into store credit which can be used for future purchases.
  18. 4.4. Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within six (6) months from issuance.
  19. 4.5. Perishable items (such as pet food, treats, and supplements) may only be returned if unopened and in original condition.

  21. Warranties and Liabilities
  22. 5.1. The Pet Depot Retail OPC makes no additional warranties beyond what is provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
  23. 5.2. We are not liable for improper use, storage, or handling of purchased goods after they leave our store.
  24. 5.3. For health-related pet products, we recommend consulting a licensed veterinarian before use.

  26. Order Cancellations
  27. 6.1. Orders placed online or for pick-up may only be canceled prior to payment confirmation.
  28. 6.2. Once payment has been made, cancellations are no longer allowed.

  30. Governing Law
  31. 7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  32. 7.2. In case of dispute, the parties agree to resolve the matter amicably before pursuing any legal remedies.
