FORMULATION
Each mL contains:
Amoxicillin (as trihydrate) . . . . . 10 mg
Colistin (as sulfate) . . . . . . . . . . . 12,500 IU
INDICATION
For the treatment of infections of the
respiratory, genitourinary and gastrointestinal tracts, as well as soft tissues
and skin infections of dogs and cats. Active against Pseudomonas
aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Mycobacteria and
some fungi. Indicated for use in the treatment of Lyme Disease.
CONTRAINDICATION
Animals with known sensitivity to penicillins.
STORAGE
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Administer orally, 1 mL of Colmoc per kg body weight (10 mg/kg
BW) for dogs and cats. Give 3 times a day for 5 to 7 days and continue
treatment for 48 hours after all symptoms have subsided.

DIRECTION FOR USE
To make 60 mL, add 42 mL of distilled water and shake well to obtain
suspension. Discard any unused portion of suspension after 7 days at room
temperatures not exceeding 30°C or 14 days under refrigeration.
CAUTION
Drugs, Devices and Foods, Cosmetics Act prohibits dispensing without
prescription of a duly licensed veterinarian
