FORMULATION
Cyclosporine............................ 100 mg
Excipient q.s. ad........................ 1 mL
INDICATION
CYCLOVET is indicated for the control of atopic dermatitis in
dogs weighing at least 4 lbs. (1.8 kg) body weight
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
The initial dose of CYCLOVET for dogs is 5 mg/kg/day, once a day for 30
days.

PRECAUTION
CYCLOVET usage on dogs and cats with impaired renal function has not
been studied, CYCLOVET should be used with caution in dogs and cats with
renal insufficiency.
Prior for administration, it should be tested and negative
for viral infection.

STORAGE CONDITION
Store in a dry, cool place at temperatures not exceeding 30∘C,
once opened, use contents within 3 months.
